Star Radio wins European Radio Award!
Star Radio is proud to have won a national award for the idea and work behind the concept of Liam's Mile. We were one of 3 Radio Stations across the Uk nominated for an Arqiva Social Action Award. Our competition for the award came in the form of the West Midland's Heart Fm and Choice Fm. The Awards ceremony took place in London on the 2nd July.
Following success at the Arqiva commercial radio awards Star Radio has now won a European Radio Award for its community work relating to the idea and implementation of Liam's Mile. The awards ceremony took place in Barcelona on the 5th November.
